Tee Dobinson: Speaker, Author, Mentor

My passion is making things easy for people, whether it’s through speaking, writing, training or mentoring. What I do is provide new approaches and simplified solutions that people can quickly and confidently put into practice.

Telling stories is an important part of who I am, connecting with audiences, making them smile, making them think. People have told me my stories inspire them to take action and help them deal with whatever life throws at them.

I’ve trained over 100,000 people and have worked across many different arenas.

I want people to leave my sessions saying, ‘I understand that’ and ‘I can do that’ – and then go on to do it!

How I Can Help

    I have been a motivational and keynote speaker at events across the world, first in my eight years being sponsored by Nike and then as a leadership expert.

    I was the MC and speaker at business events, celebration dinners and beautiful weddings at the top of the Gherkin for ten years.

    I aim to entertain and engage audiences and have them leave my talks feeling different than when they walked in – full of new ideas and shortcuts they can put into practice immediately.

    Many of my books started with the aim of making things easier for people – 360˚ at the Gherkin made it easy for visitors to understand an iconic building and The Tower Bridge Cat brought an attraction to life for its young visitors and created a demand for merchandise. With The Smile Story I wanted to share with people my pay-it-forward values.

    I have been awarded Author of the Year for London and the South East in both 2022 and 2023, Prestige Awards.
